I’m from Germany and spent my vacation in New Zealand in 2019. I brought back a few mugs as souvenirs for my friends, but unfortunately, none were left for myself. So, I decided to order a few mugs online.

The order and delivery process with hellokiwi went perfectly. I was able to track the shipment all the way to Germany. For the delivery within Germany, I had to contact the hotline, but that was no problem – they replied immediately. The items arrived safely.

So if I ever need something from New Zealand again, I’ll definitely order from hellokiwi. Everything was perfect!
