HelloKiwi endeavours to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. This is usually within two working days of receiving payment confirmation.
- HelloKiwi dispatches packages Monday to Friday; except for New Zealand public holidays.
- If the product(s) you ordered are out of stock, we will endeavour to complete the order as soon as possible.
- If the product fulfilment takes longer than a few days we will contact you to review options.

Deliveries within New Zealand
Delivery usually takes three days (sometimes less) within New Zealand. Rural deliveries can take longer.

We work with multiple freight companies such as NZ Post and DHL. This depends on your postage requirements and what is the best way to forward the products to you. These companies have different pricing for different county groupings around the world.

Customs and Duty:
Certain products may be restricted or not allowed into some countries. Responsibility for this rests with you as the purchaser. If you are not sure if the items you are purchasing are permitted into a country it is your responsibility to check with the relevant authorities.
The HelloKiwi Team can provide feedback but do not undertake any responsibility if products are not permitted into a county.
In the event that a parcel is unclaimed by a receiver in the recipient country and is returned back to us, we are not obligated to provide a refund.
We will however provide the option of resending the item(s) with any additional shipping costs incurred resting with the customer(s) concerned.
Customs Duties and Taxes
The receiver is responsible for payment of any Customs duty, VAT or any other regulatory charges made by the relevant Customs authorities in the destination country.
