What is poi? 

It was a ball which was made from the leaves of the plant. The ball was attached to a cord, which was used by Maori warriors to keep their wrists supple for wielding weapons in the battle. Today, it is used in cultural performances and mainly used by women. Why not use poi as an interior accessory or cultural ornament at home?
